Counter Pressure Steam Boiler

  • A steam boiler with flame-smoke pipe and with counter pressure. It has been designed to fulfill the industrial needs for maximum security, for fast obtaining of steam and for saving from time, place and energy.
  • Termo Çelik steam boiler is multi-block having a high performance. 15 minutes are enough to obtain desired amount of steam with desired pressure.
  • Termo Çelik steam boiler is produced in compliance with related norms.

Burner

  • Mono-block burners with full automatic and high combustion capacity, with low fuel consumption, and with long-term combustion lids are mounted.
  • With respect to the fuel used, burners with liquid (Fuel oil, gas oil), with gas (natural gas, LPG, boiler gas) and with double fuel are mounted.

Design with Three Transitions

  • Combustion completes in the ashtray under pressure. The flame is returned in the same cell. So re-combustion of gas, being subjected to burners' flame, and of half-burned fuel particles becomes possible. This combustion capacity was enhanced and adapted to high technology.
  • 3rd transition is realized in the flame-smoke pipes and it goes out from the smoke-hole.
  • Maximum energy saving has been obtained by having three gas transitions.

Instant Detection of Defect

  • Any failure can be observed instantly via the indicator on the control panel.

Insulate

  • Fire concrete is poured into the front covers, resisting 13500C.
  • Outer body of the boiler is insulated by 9000C-resisting insulating and the surface by 1mm painted metal sheet.

Security

Combustion of the burners was blocked after evaluation of various data.

  • When the water level in the steam boiler is low,
  • When the pressure rises high,
  • When temperature of steam is too high,
  • The burner was stopped when feeding water pump disposes the thermal.
  • When the burner fan is out of order,
  • The system deactivates the burner circuit.
  • The photocell circuit for gas oil and fuel-oil controls the combustion.
  • At natural gas and LPG, the ionization electrode controls combustion.
  • In spite of all these, if the pressure is higher than the desired value the security ventilator opens and the steam goes out.

Fast Evaporation

  • Counter Pressure Steam Boiler gives the steam in 15 minutes.
  • The energy emerged after the combustion, immediately passes in the water and steam is obtained in a short while since there is a little water in the boiler. Than a fair amount in saving of fuel is obtained.
